“Team Bulhaa” Crowned Champions of Nala Taxi 3-on-3 One Day Cup

In the finale, “Bulhaa” emerged victorious in the Nala Taxi 3-on-3 One Day Cup 2025, defeating Vakathoali 1-0 in a dramatic penalty shootout after a hard-fought 0-0 draw in regular time.

The tournament, organized by Nala Taxi to foster camaraderie and promote a healthy lifestyle among its drivers, concluded with an electrifying showdown at the Hulhumale’ Phase 2 Football Ground. 

"Vakathoali," the Group A winners, had a strong run to the finals, securing their spot after a tense semifinal clash against "Valhi," the Group B runners-up. The match ended in a penalty shootout, with "Vakathoali" holding their nerve to advance.

On the other hand, "Bulhaa," the Group B winners, faced off against "Antenna," the Group A runners-up, in their semifinal. After a deadlock in regular time, “Bulhaa” triumphed in the penalty shootout to book their place in the finals. 

 The championship match was a showcase of grit and determination, with both teams defending resolutely and creating chances but failing to break the deadlock. In the end, it was “Bulhaa” who held their composure during the penalty shootout, securing a 1-0 victory and lifting the coveted trophy. 

The tournament, which kicked off earlier in the day, featured eight teams competing across 15 matches in a group-stage format. The top two teams from each group advanced to the semifinals, setting the stage for an exciting knockout round
