Nala Taxi was founded in 2021 with a clear mission: to transform the Maldives' taxi service by giving people fast, safe, and reliable transportation they can count on.
To deliver better service to customers, Nala Taxi launched a new Android and iOS application — Nala Taxi for riders and Nala Taxi Drivers for drivers. These apps brought several innovative features that were new to the Maldives at the time, making booking easier, rides safer, and payments more seamless than ever before.
