Using Nala Taxi Nala Taxi is a technology platform that connects riders with licensed taxi drivers in the Maldives. By creating an account or booking a ride you agree to these terms.

Your account You must provide accurate details and keep your account secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. You must be 18 or older to hold an account.

Bookings and cancellations Fares shown in the app are estimates and may change with route, waiting time or traffic. You can cancel a booking in the app; cancellations made after a driver has been assigned and is on the way may incur a small fee.

Payments Fares can be paid by the payment methods available in the app or as otherwise agreed with the driver. Receipts are issued in the app after every completed trip.

Rider conduct Please treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Smoking, damage to the vehicle, and unlawful behaviour are not permitted and may result in charges or account suspension.

Service availability We work hard to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee that a car will always be available or that the apps will be free of interruptions.

Liability Nala Taxi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
