At Nala Taxi, safety isn't a feature — it's a foundation. Over the past few months, we've introduced several new tools in the Nala Taxi app to give riders more confidence every time they step into a car.
Live Trip Sharing Riders can now share their live trip status with family or friends. A simple tap generates a link that shows the route, driver details, and estimated arrival time.
Emergency Contacts You can save up to two emergency contacts directly in the app. In the rare event that something feels wrong, help is one button away.
In-App Support Our support team is now reachable without leaving the app. Whether it's a question about a fare, a lost item, or a route concern, you'll get a response quickly.
Verified Driver Profiles Every driver on the platform has a verified profile with photo, vehicle details, and trip history. Riders know exactly who is picking them up.
